Time for a break from the wats and museums…
The pottery is in a pleasant country setting which most reviewers describe as peaceful. I’m guessing because of Covid, it was a little too peaceful. It was almost deserted. These three people were making clay blocks…

Well, they obviously weren’t going to run out of pottery anytime soon. Even the broken bits don’t get neglected…
I popped into the gift store, where they have some nice things on sale…
At least, I assume they were on sale, but nothing had price tags, and the place was unattended. And the small coffee shop was closed so, my visit was brief. I think with or without people it would have been brief, unless they normally give guided tours. Rack upon rack of unpainted and unglazed pottery can only hold the attention for so long.
