…The Great Northern Road Trip 2020 : Day 12
The story starts HERE.
So, the three day trek to home begins. It’s a case of going south, more south, and even more south, almost in a straight line. Mountains and wiggles are done. From now on it’s four-lane (or more) expressways. Easy driving, but not so interesting.
Today will take me back to Tak, where I started the clockwise loop through the mountains. At least today there are things to see on the way. First stop is the street art in Lampang…
It took me a while to find it. None of the roads goes directly along the riverside. You need to park and walk down steps to find the correct wall. There’s no signs.
It’s all quite cute, but nothing like as extensive as I expected. I think about seven or eight paintings in total, and no sign that more are planned.
